Its railway and bus stations are a key point in the city, offering direct access to conference centre and other leisure and commercial services; in addition to communicating with the capital and other medium-sized cities in the country such as Rovaniemi.
The aim of this initiative was to increase the efficiency of energy consumption and reduce pollution, as well as increase savings.
With this renovation, JYVÄSKYLÄ has achieved savings of over 70% thanks to the replacement of metal halide luminaires with Deco Industrial LED luminaires to achieve adequate lighting on the platforms, in transit areas and allow travellers to quickly find their way around and feel safe.
One the one hand, DECO Industrial luminaires are highly resistant to external influences such as heat, cold and humidity to guarantee extreme robustness during continuous operation. On the other hand, they offer multiple design options to realise an integral lighting concept and guarantee good visual comfort.
